Destiny Knights is a game by Netmarble that was first released in South Korea known as Destiny 6. As the global version is now released for both iOS and Android devices, the game was renamed as Destiny Knights. The Korean version was released back in June 2018 and there’s no difference compared to the global version except for a few patches behind and an English language support.
As many of you might know, Destiny Knights is a hero collecting RPG. With over 300 heroes to collect, you’ll need to form the best team of four and do battle in the campaign story mode or in PvP mode. There are dungeons and towers to challenge as well like the Tower of Promises, Event Dungeons and the Giant Dungeon.
Here’s our 15-min gameplay of Destiny 6 (Destiny Knights):
The heroes will move and attack automatically forward during battle. However, there are skills that can be activated manually by the players where some will need to be dragged and dropped onto the enemies. While the battles are pretty simple, there are certain instances during boss fights where players will need to drag skills over a “Red Circle” which will disrupt the boss’ charging attacks and “Break” them. Once the boss is broken, players will need to take the chance to unleash all their attacks on the boss. Like most mobile RPGs, there are auto features in the game, so it will be easy to play through if you think your team is strong enough.
All heroes also have a star rank as well which players can farm the hero shards to increase their star ranks (maximum 6 stars). The heroes can also achieve Awakening to become stronger! If you fancy costumes and appearances, the game has a variety of costumes for certain characters. But of course, they cost Rubies (in-game premium currency).
