NetEase’s 1 v 4 asymmetrical horror mobile game – Identity V was launched in China earlier this month and has rapidly grabbed the top spot in China’s app stores. Now its global version is releasing soon, an official website that allows players to pre-register the game (you have to play through the website) has recently gone live too!
If you haven’t heard of Identity V (第五人格), it is a Dead by Daylight alike mobile game where players can choose to be a Hunter or one of the 4 Survivors. Born with absolute power, Hunter is tasked to seek and kill all the Survivors, while the Survivors will need to work together to find and decipher hidden mechanisms to escape the area.

As we have mentioned earlier, you have to play through the pre-register site to sign up. The mini-game comes with a suspenseful storyline where Orpheus (you), a detective who has lost his memories have to gather clues from the office to complete the tasks. You will be able to sign up after finding all the clues (it is a short game).
