The Nendoroid Sakura Miko from Hololive is now available for preorder, letting you add the Elite Shrine Maiden to your collection.
It’s available for preorder from the Good Smile Company website, where it’ll cost 6800 Yen (RM248.53). The figure will ship out in September 2022, and preorders will be open until January 27th of the same year.
Just like other Hololive figures, the Nendoroid Sakura Miko comes with a healthy mix of “canon” as well as various references to in-jokes in her community.
These include a bucket of lava from her infamous pyromania in Minecraft, as well as a pair of shades and an alternate body where she becomes a baby, a reference to her child-like voice.
This isn’t unlike Akai “Haachama” Haato, whose Nendoroid featured a tarantula in a frying pan in reference to her legendary cooking streams, as well as the more recent Uruha Rushia figma which came with a knife.
The nendoroid was first shown off at the Sakura Miko-themed collab cafe in Akihabara earlier this year, which also featured a large mascot-form of the character referred to as Mikodanye.
Sakura Miko is part of the so-called 0th Generation of Hololive, back when talents debuted individually alongside other Vtubers like Hoshimachi Suisei, Tokino Sora and AzKi.
