Asobimo‘s N-INNOCENCE game is planned to launch 24 November 2021, too long since it was initially announced just under a week ago. An official website has been established as part of its pre-registration campaign. The game’s story is said to revolve around the themes of mythology, while giving them a science fiction flavour. Norse, Japanese and Greek mythology are said to be featuring in the first three chapters of the game respectively, presumably with more to come.
The game is meant to look similar to a 2D fighting game, with extremely intuitive controls. Simply tap anywhere on the screen to attack, tap repeatedly for a combo, with a “Combo Art” to finish off the chain. Press and hold to activate a character’s special move. If you can push an enemy into the “Burst” state, that’s when you can deal more damage to your foe. Up to three characters will be in your frontline, with backup coming in the form of “assist skills”.
Aina Suzuki performs the theme song, which will be included in her “Belle revolte” album when it releases 1 December.
As usual, there are pre-registration rewards in the lead up to the N-INNOCENCE launch, giving out resources, currency and the 4-star character, Omoikane at 250,000 sign-ups.
