Light novel series Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation will be getting a mobile game adaptation which will be set in 2021. The series will also be getting an anime adaptation which has been confirmed to be premiered in January of 2021.
Mushoku Tensei: Game ni Nattemo Honki Dasu Overview
“Mushoku Tensei: Game ni Nattemo Honki Dasu” is a mobile RPG which allows players to take adventure in the “Mushoku Tensei” universe where the plot revolves around an unnamed, 34-year-old Japanese NEET is evicted from his home following the death of his parents.
Upon some self-introspection, he concludes that his life was ultimately pointless. He intercepts a speeding truck heading towards a group of teenagers in an attempt to do something meaningful for once in his life, and manages to pull one of them out of harm’s way before dying.
And as all isekai plot goes, he then gets transported into another fantasy world which is filled with sword and sorcery and he then resolves himself to be successful in his new life.
Cast
Daisuke Namikawa who also voiced other roles such as Lord El-Melloi II from Fate/Apocrypha & Yu Narukami from the Persona 4 Golden Animation will be joining the anime’s cast as the warrior Ruijerd Superdia. Studio Bind (which was a company that was founded back in November 2018 as a joint venture between White Fox and Egg Firm) is animating the series and Manau Okamoto, director of “Gamers!”, will be directing the series.
