MSI announces Black Friday promotion and CS:GO Battle Royale competition

In conjunction with Black Friday, MSI announced a new promotion with deals on their gaming laptops. Additionally, MSI also announced their Counter Strike: Global Offensive Battle Royale competition.

MSI Black Friday Promotion

MSI’s Black Friday promotion starts today until 25th November. The selected laptops on promotion are the GP63, GL63 and PS42. On top of discount on their selected gaming laptop models, participants will receive a gift redemption code. Based on the promotion, buying the GP63 will reward buyers with free RM200 Steam Wallet while buying the GL63 and PS42 will reward a free RM100 Steam Wallet and a external 1TB HDD respectively. For interested buyers, you can check out the laptops and prices here. Call of Duty Promotion Update

MSI announced their Call of Duty promotion last week. In conjuction with Black Friday, they updated the promotion to give a wider variety to potential buyers. Now, users will get a free copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 when they buy any MSI Gaming laptop equipped with 8th Generation i7 or i9 Processors. Other than that, the duration of the promotion remain the same. The promotion still ends on the 2nd of December.

Counter Strike: Global Offensive Battle Royale competition

MSI is also hosting a CSGO Battle Royale competition at Plaza Lowyat on the 8th and 9th December. On the other hand, the online qualifiers will take place on the 2nd of December. Up to 32 teams can take part in the competition. The online qualifiers will use the double elimination format to determine the best 4 teams that will play at Plaza Lowyat.

Furthermore, the total prize pool is set at RM10,000. The winner will walk home with RM5,000 while the runner-up and second runner-up will receive RM3,000 and RM2,000 respectively. Registration takes place from now until the 1st of December. Interested participants should register as soon as possible as only 32 teams will participate in the competition.

Lucky Draw

Lastly, MSI is holding two lucky draw events at Plaza Lowyat from 3rd December until 8th December 2018. For the first lucky draw, participants have to buy a MSI laptop at Lowyat during the event period. The grand prize of the draw is a PS42 laptop.

On the other hand, the second lucky draw, titled “Dragon Hunting activity”, involves participants finding the MSI mascot, Lucky. Once found, participants can draw for a chance to obtain a MSI gaming headset, mouse or backpack.
