Warner Bros. Games is bringing festive fatalities to Mortal Kombat 1 with the announcement of five free holiday-themed events running from December 19-30. Players can access these special events through the Towers of Time mode, each offering unique character palette rewards upon completion.

The seasonal celebration kicks off with the Bloody Snow Tower (December 19-25), featuring Yuletide Necromancer and Christmas Evil palettes for Quan Chi. Following this, the Naughty List Tower (December 21-26) will unlock Souls of Winter and Holiday Collection palettes for Ermac.
The festivities continue with A Christmas Krampus Tower (December 23-30), offering Holiday Hero and Winter Wonderman palettes for Takeda. As Christmas arrives, the ‘Twas the Night Tower (December 25-30) brings Angel on High and Holidazzle palettes for Cyrax. The celebration concludes with the Final Present Tower (December 26-30), rewarding players with Eat, Drink and Be Lethal and Bah, Humbug palettes for Sektor.

For players looking to expand their holiday-themed roster, premium character skins are available for purchase, including festive variants for Kameo Fighters Frost and Sareena. New players can join the festivities with the Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Kollection, now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. This comprehensive package includes the base game, Khaos Reigns Expansion, previous Kombat Pack, and 1,250 Dragon Krystals.
