Morgana from Persona 5 is in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania

The feisty non-cat Phantom Thief of Persona 5, Morgana rolls into the world of Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania. This was announced with a new trailer at Gamescom 2021.

He’ll be joining Sonic The Hedgehog, Tails, Beat from Jet Set Radio, and Kazama Kiryu from the Yakuza series as guest characters being squashed into Monkey Balls. Each character has a unique collectible that they grab as they go around the course. In Morgana’s case, it’s suitably treasure chests. He’s here to steal all the treasure.

He’s technically the first non-Sega character to appear in the game. Atlus is owned by Sega but they’re still considered separate companies. Either way, it’s always cool to see more cool characters running around in monkey balls. Makes you wonder who will show up next.

Morgana will show up in the Super Monkey Ball sometime after its launch on November 2nd.

Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania is a collection that remakes the first three home console games in the series. It will also feature new content including a new story mode and updated gameplay mechanics.

It will be available for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X and will release on October 5th.
