Monster Hunter: World x The Witcher 3 collaboration announced!

Geralt of Rivia, the main character from the Witcher series is arriving in Monster Hunter: World! The Monster Hunter: World x The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt collaboration will feature the original voice-over for Geralt, along with brand new quests featuring the RPG mechanics of The Witcher 3. More updates will be revealed soon!

Other than the collaboration with The Witcher 3, we are getting some interesting new content for the game too. The Arch-tempered Kulve Taroth will be available for a limited time from December 20, while Arch-tempered Nergigante will be available in Spring 2019.

To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Monster Hunter: World, there will be an Appreciation Fest at the Gathering Hub too. Visit the Celestial Pursuit, and you’ll find it bedecked with festive decorations! Some special event quests will be available to celebrate the anniversary as well. Stay tuned for more details!

If you haven’t tried out the game yet, here is a chance to do so! A trial version of Monster Hunter: World will be available for PS4 from December 12 to December 17. In this period, you can try out the opening section of the full game including the story, quests, armors and upgrades up to Hunter Rank 4 / 3★ assignments. You can also play online with other hunters and carry over your save data to the full version!
