Capcom and Plarium have announced a collaboration event to bring in the hunters of Monster Hunter into the world of RAID: Shadow Legends.
In a surprise announcement, RAID: Shadow Legends will be having a crossover collaboration with the Monster Hunter series from now until March 5th, 2024, just before the 20th anniversary of Capcom’s acclaimed action RPG franchise.
In particular, this collaboration event will introduce five new Legendary Champions, each donning an armor set and weapon crafted from the iconic monsters of the Monster Hunter series, as well as possessing skills familiar to fans of the hunting franchise.
Note that each Champion will arrive and summonable at a different time, which you can refer here for the exact banner period.
The Champions
The first champion is the Rathalos Blademaster, a male hunter wearing the High Rank Rathalos Armor set and wielding the Wyvern Blade “Blood” Long Sword with skills such as Spirit Thrust, Spirit Step Slash, and more.
This hunter will be given out for free as long as you check in for seven days during the login event.
There is also a male hunter in Alatreon Armor who wields the Dark Claw “Demise”, and has familiar abilities such as the Foresight Slash, Cleanser Booster, and so on.
Great Sword is also been represented by the Fatalis Blademaster, a male hunter in the legendary Fatalis Armor set and uses the Black Fatalis Blade with moves like Charged Slash and True Charged Slash.
For female hunters, there is the R. Nergigante Archer who dons the Ruiner Nergi Alpha + Armor Set and uses the Ruinous Doom Bow.
Meanwhile, Dual Blades made an appearance with the Zinogre Blademaster, who wears the High Rank Zinogre Set and slashes enemies her way with the Usurper’s Fulgur Dual Blades.
