ELEX from Chinese Universe Publishing and Media reached an agreement with Activision Blizzard for developing a Call of Duty IP based mobile game. If you don’t know about ELEX yet, they have been known globally for some successful mobile games such as Clash of Kings and Age of Warring Empire.
According to the notice of agreement made between ELEX and Activision Blizzard above, they signed a basic 3 years contract with an additional year option after the launch of Call of Duty IP mobile game. Costs and profits of the co-development will be equally shared between the 2 sides. Besides, no IP fee will be needed to pay to Activision Blizzard from ELEX.
Can’t wait for the mobile game to be released! Hope it will have the same awesomeness as the original game!
