MIR4 exceeds 1 million pre-registrations in 10 days

Wemade Entertainment announced that their upcoming MIR4 title has achieved a whopping over 1 million pre-registrations in a mere 10 days! MIR4 is the sequel to MIR2 – by extension MIR3 / The Legend of MIR3 – otherwise known as The Legend of MIR2. Unlike its predecessor games, the newest title has only been announced for mobile devices instead of launching on PC first. It will be set 500 years after the previous title.

The game sees a departure from the previous titles in its presentation as well, shifting from 3D isometric to 3D third person view. From the gameplay trailers, the game will be boasting an unprecedented level of freedom of movement compared to its predecessors with many systems in tandem to grow your character. There will be hunting, gathering, mining, general busy work. The system is supposed to be an advanced web of politics, economy and society powered by Wemade’s in-house AI.

To pre-register, you will need a Korean number. Registered players will obtain a lot of shiny rewards, looking to include coins and item chests. There are also friend referral rewards. On top of all of that, there is also a bingo card where people can win anything from fried chicken to a Galaxy Fold Z (!).
