Street Fighter 6 was announced today, but did you know that Minecraft had Street Fighter skins added as DLC a few days back? Dubbed “The World Warrior Skin Pack”, 57Digital and Capcom teamed up to bring 35 Street Fighter characters as skins in Minecraft.
Check out the trailer below:
The skin pack also includes various Street Fighter-themed Character Creator items. There will be one free Character Creator item to claim, alongside twelve paid character creator items.
The skin pack requires the latest version of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and access to Minecraft Marketplace, where it’s unlockable for 490 Minecoins.
The trailer’s YouTube description sums it up as:
Master the Hadouken in Minecraft with this Capcom-approved skin pack! 57Digital have created 35 iconic World Warrior skins, so you can conquer the Dark Had as Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li and more! With Character Creator items that include Ryu’s headband and Vega’s claws, as well as a free V shirt! The World Warrior skin pack is available in Minecraft Marketplace now!
While the skins feature designs prominently based on Street Fighter V‘s character designs, fans of the fighting game series will definitely be looking forward to the eventual Street Fighter 6 reveals of each character. So far, Ryu and Luke’s Street Fighter 6 designs have been revealed.
