As Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium nears its highly-anticipated global release, MICA Team has shared key updates with eager players. In this article, we’ll cover a few highlights from the recent dev log.
While the recruitment for the Closed Beta Test (CBT) has wrapped up, the CBT itself will start soon, with the official release planned shortly after, provided everything goes smoothly for the developers. Unlike the CN version, the global server will have its own distinct event and banner schedule, kicking off with the “Sojourners of the Glass Island” event, which offers both parts of the story for a more immersive experience.
Additionally, the global version will feature skins familiar to Girls’ Frontline fans, such as Groza’s “Sangria Succulent.” The development team is also considering more classic skins based on player feedback.
Collaborations are on the horizon as well, with crossovers from Neural Cloud and other MICA Team games, plus the possibility of external IPs like Gundam being introduced.
As for publishing, different regions will have separate publishers—Darkwinter and Haoplay—but the developers assures that the game content will remain the same. However, each publisher will operate its own server, meaning cross-region play won’t be supported.
Players can pre-register through mobile app stores or visit the official website to pre-register via email. Once the game becomes available, they will be notified. This is especially important for eager players who are having trouble pre-registering through the mobile app stores. Additionally, players can look forward to significant rewards at launch, including over 120 pulls and other in-game bonuses to help get their journey started into the world of Girls’ Frontline.
