Meteorfall: Journeys – A Humorous Deck Building Game!

Meteorfall: Journeys is a game by Slothwerks and they had created a deck building card game for the mobile which has interesting characters and artwork. From the artwork, you may find it familiar or similar to the popular animated series “Adventure Time”. There’s a bunch of humorous characters in there which you might be able to take reference of.

The game is not just about its humor; it’s the gameplay. Because the game combines both deck-building and roguelike genres, it allows players to choose a class, create a deck out of a few basic cards and you will venture off to battle and loot more cards. There are four unique classes to choose from which are Bruno (Warrior), Greybeard (Wizard), Mischief (Thief) and Rose (Priestess).

For those of you who is on Tinder (I’m not on it…), the battle system is pretty similar to it. During your battle with a monster, you will draw a card from your deck and swipe right to use it OR swipe left to skip it. All your actions will consume 1 point of stamina so strategize wisely. However if you lose and die, the game will reset and you’ll have to rebuild your deck all over again.
