Via its official website, Japan-based toy and figurine retailer Megahouse announced that its Megahouse MegaHobby Expo 2020 will be kicking off on 30 October 2020. The fully-online event will run until 1 November 2020, and participants will be able to appreciate the various prototypes that have been painted and are rather far along in the production process.
Examples of stuff from the following franchises are expected to make an appearance, and they include Demon Slayer, Digimon Adventure, Mobile Suit Gundam, One Piece and Cyber Formula. While no specific characters were named, you can probably just expect the popular mainstays from their respective franchises to be featured. The event will also see companies such as Dengeki Hobby, Hobby Japan, Aniplex and Kotobukiya showing off their wares as well.
With it being purely digital, Megahouse also took to Twitter to tease some of the figurines that will showcased at the event. The tweets have, among other things, showcased Kallen from Code Geass and Hinata from Naruto. While the event itself will only last two days, the Megahouse MegaHobby Expo 2020 website and its contents will remain online until 16 November 2020.
