Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, which is set to release on the 20th of October 2023, will have a localized Indonesian version among other others.
As reported by GamerWK, the Indonesian version can be found directly available for pre-order on the official Playstation Store website of the country.
In addition to the Indonesian version, interestingly the game is also getting localized for several other Southeast Asian countries, namely Thailand and Vietnam.
At the moment, it is still unknown whether the Indonesian version of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 would be fully localized with voice-acting or it would only feature translated subtitles.
However, it is great that there are more localized games from big publishers like Sony coming to Indonesia, Thailand, and other countries, bringing interactive media more accessible to the world than ever.
The localized versions may also indicate that Sony might be serious about trying to push the promotion of the PlayStation brand in the Southeast Asian market, especially Indonesia, one of the most populous countries in Southeast Asia.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be launching on October 20, 2023, exclusively on the PlayStation 5.
Additionally, Sony will also be launching a limited special edition PlayStation 5 to commemorate the release of the game.
