Capcom’s collaborative fighting game Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics has released a title update as well as a range of new features this April 16.
The full update outline is as follows:
X-Men vs. Street Fighter
Version Select Update
In which players can select which version they can play for X-Men vs. Street Fighter. The options can be between versions 960910, 961004 or 961023.
Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes
Resolution Option Update
A new feature that lets players change the games resolution, increasing the graphics for better and more enhanced visuals.

General Updates
Offline Versus Mode: Play in Versus Mode across all fighting titles without worrying about a stable internet connection.
Menu Button Settings: The menu screen can be opened during online play by long pressing to avoid any accidental input in-game.
Game Reset Option: The game can be reset by directly going to the pause menu.
Brand New Artwork: Capcom artist Shinkiro published new artworks that can be accessed and viewed in the game.
Special Bonus Tracks: Remixes of classic Marvel and Capcom tracks created by CAP-JAMS from the Capcom Sound Team will be available to listen to while playing:
- Theme of Captain America
- Theme of Cyclops
- Theme of Jin
- Theme of Captain Commando
Capcom Fighting Collection and Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will also feature the resolution update, offline versus mode, menu button setting, and game reset changes.
Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics is available to install and play for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
