MapleStory will have a collaboration with BTS

Some of you might have already heard it on the wind, but Nexon has announced a collaboration with the omnipresent, global record-breaking K-pop super stars, BTS, in their iconic MMORPG, MapleStory. To build anticipation in the lead up to the in-game collaboration in both MapleStory and MapleStory M, you can tune in to catch behind the scenes videos centered around the BTS collaboration. One new video will be released each week, with one released 26 November. You can find them through the MapleStory YouTube channel, as well as watching the first of the videos below.

The next ones will be on 3 December and 10 December. The special portal for the collaboration can be found here. Watch and listen to BTS sharing their journey growing up with the game throughout their childhood, and their fond nostalgia for the game.

Further details have yet to be announced, but we can probably safely assume the collaboration will take place in December. We should be able to expect some cosmetics to tie in with the collab, and maybe even limited time music you can hear in the game.

Whatever it is, a surge of BTS fans are probably going to want to eagerly await for further news about this.
