The Company Man, a 2D action-adventure game by Malaysian Indie studio Forust is now releasing for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on August 26th.
The game was originally released for PC and Nintendo Switch in 2021 where it is currently available.
The PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PS4 Pro versions of the game will feature 4K resolution. The PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions will also run at 120 FPS while the other versions will run at 60 FPS.
The game is about Jim, a simple salary man at the bottom of the Good Water Company pecking order. Seeing how bad the company is run, he decides to take his keyboard and carve his way to the top and become the CEO.
Throughout The Company Man, you’ll be fighting your way through your crazy coworkers and bosses in each department, slashing them with your keyboard and shooting emails at them. You can also regain health by taking breaks every now and then at the coffee machine.
The game features a stunning hand-drawn 2D art style capturing the zany environment of this overworked company, all while being set with a snazzy jazz soundtrack.
The Company Man is available for PC and Switch and will soon be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
