Maiko Irie as new voice actor for Rei Togetsu in D4DJ

Bushiroad has announced the new voice actor for Rei Togetsu, a member of the group Happy Around! in D4DJ is going to be Maiko Irie.

Maiko Irie will be beginning her role starting as the voice actor for Rei Togetsu on October 7th on all D4DJ media from livestreams, shows to event performances.

Maiko Irie debuted as an anime voice actor in June 2016 as the voice actor in the TV anime “Orange”. She has also voiced for Asashi Miura from the mobile game Magia Record and the Fire Spirit from the anime RPG Real Estate.

She is also known as a classical music pianist and has won the Frederick Chopin Award at the 11th Piara Piano Competition National Convention held in 2007. From her twitter bio, her other careers also include being a Model.

Bushiroad also announced that the voice data for Rei Togetsu in the mobile game D4DJ Groovy Mix is set to be replaced in the future and players will be notified of the change through in-game announcements.

The previous voice actor of Rei Togetsu, Kanon Shizaki has previously announced on August 14th that she would be stepping down from her role with Maiko Irie to replace her starting October 7th.
