MAGES. Releases Steins;Gate 15th Anniversary Video, Hints at Future Content

MAGES., the developer behind the popular visual novel series Steins;Gate, has released a trailer marking the franchise’s 15th anniversary. The video offers fans a nostalgic journey through the series’ history while teasing potential future developments.

Steins;Gate, which first debuted on Xbox 360 on October 15, 2009, has become a cornerstone of the Science Adventure series. Over the past 15 years, the franchise has expanded with several notable entries, including Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace (2011), Steins;Gate: Linear Bounded Phenogram (2013), Steins;Gate 0 (2015), and Steins;Gate Elite (2018).

The anniversary trailer concludes with a message that has sparked interest among fans: “Thank you for your patronage over the past 15 years. Steins;Gate will continue.”

This statement suggests that MAGES. has plans to further expand the Steins;Gate universe, although specific details remain undisclosed. MAGES. previously announced Steins;Gate 0 Elite in January 2020, which they have yet to release.
