The LWA VR Broom Racing game, based on Studio Trigger’s anime Little Witch Academia, will be available on Oculus Quest late 2020! See the initial teaser trailer below:
LWA VR Broom Racing is developed by UNIVRS Inc, and it will soar to households first on Oculus Quest in late 2020, then PSVR, Oculus Rift and Steam VR with support for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive early 2021. The popular anime is available to stream via Netflix, so if you haven’t already, why not watch the show before you get the game? You will be part of a new batch of students at Luna Nova Witchcraft Academy, playing through a brand new story helmed by The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening opening and ending movie director, Junichi Yamamoto.
You’ll be receiving help and encouragement from fan-favourite characters from the anime! Fly across over 10 tracks in areas around Luna Nova. Pair up with students to be the first to cross the finish line, or purify ghosts in single player mode. You can then join your real-world friends through online multiplayer to explore even more! You can focus on the exhilaration of flying thanks to UNIVRS Inc.’s motion sickness reduction technology.
