Horizon Forbidden West has launched and so celebrate, Sony has decided to share three activities for fans in the Asia region, one of which involves a statue of a life-sized Clawstrider, the raptor-like machines from the game.
Life-sized Clawstrider Statue can now be found on the 1st floor of Atrium Square of Lotte World Mall in Seoul, South Korea. The life-sized statue was built meticulously with close collaboration with Guerrilla Studios and it showcases Clawstrider, a machine that is covered from head to tail in razor-sharp plates and equipped with vicious claws on both feet and forelimbs.
The statue will be displayed until 2nd March 2022 and you can see the statue in all its glory here in the attached image. Gamers with keen eyes may spot something that could be useful for our global PS5 Treat Code campaign and stand a chance to win a PS5.
Sony has also collaborated with prominent Asia-based illustrators: Lee InHyuk (South Korea), VOFAN (Taiwan), Little Thunder (Hong Kong), Ann Maulina (Indonesia), and Ravee of Titans (Thailand), who have drawn Aloy from Horizon Forbidden West in special illustrations. These illustrators have created Desktop/Teleconference Wallpaper and Smartphone Wallpaper that will display Aloy in each illustrator’s unique style. You can read more about each illustrator and download the illustrations here.
They have also created a special papercraft design of Horizon Forbidden West Machine: Clawstrider and Sunwing, which fans can create on their own by printing the paper design and following the guides here.
Horizon Forbidden West is available for PS4, and PS5.
