[Level Up KL 2021] Coffee Talk wins Sea Game Awards 2021 Grand Jury Award, winners list revealed

Toge Production’s Coffee Talk won the prestigious Grand Jury award during SEA Game Awards 2021, ahead of other games in the region.

As one of the highlights of Level Up KL, the SEA Game Awards is a celebration of the video game industry in Southeast Asia, recognising the achievements of some of the best games in the region. This year, Level Up KL spanned across several months from September to November, bringing with it events like SEA Games Jam and Industry Conference.

Like last year, the SEA Game Awards for this year is also made up of 10 categories. Previously, the deadline for submissions was extended to August 13, 2021 to give developers more time to have their titles featured during the awards show.

Here are all the winners of SEA Game Awards 2021:

Grand Jury Award – Coffee Talk (Toge Productions, Indonesia)

Rising Star Award – Exist.EXE (Skyfeather Games Studio, Malaysia)

Audience Choice Award – Fallen Tear: The Ascension (CMD Studios, Philippines)

Best Technology – Biwar: Legend of Dragon Slayer (Devata Games Production, Indonesia)

Best Visual Art – When The Past Was Around (Mojiken Studio, Indonesia)

Best Game Design – Rising Hell (Tahoe Games, Indonesia)

Best Innovation – Airship Academy (Revolution Industry, Thailand)

Best Storytelling – DeLight: The Journey Home (Dream Team Studio, Malaysia)

Best Audio –  Rising Hell (Tahoe Games, Indonesia)

Best Student Game – Water Child (UOW Malaysia KDU University College)
