Leon Kennedy, the protagonist of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4, will soon appear in the Netflix anime Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. The original CG anime series premieres on Netflix tomorrow on 8 July, 2021.
Ahead of the series launch, a new clip has been released of a scene depicting a shocking incident at the White House, one of the key settings of this series.
When there is a sudden power outage and mysterious zombies start roaming around, rookie federal agent Patrick finds himself face-to-face with a life-or-death crisis. In the darkness, Leon saves the young agent at the last possible second. After that, when Leon apologises to President Graham for being late to meet with him, the President shows enormous trust in Leon. This is an extremely emotive scene for fans who have played the game Resident Evil 4.
This clip also presents the feats of Jason and Shen May, who are also federal agents like Leon. Jason’s leadership as the former captain of the U.S. Army Mad Dogs and Shen May’s high-level ability to provide protection as a federal agent are on full display in this engaging clip.
If you are keen to see Leon Kennedy in action, be sure to stay tuned to Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness‘s Netflix page.
