LayereD Stories 0 now available to download for Android

Bandai Namco’s mobile RPG LayereD Stories 0 is now available to download for Android, while the iOS version will be out only at a later date.

To recap, the game has a rather interesting setting where the boundaries between Anime and Game are crossed. What this actually means at this point is unknown, but during Tokyo Game Show 2016 where the game was first announced, Bandai Namco stated that this would be a game made for everyone. Just about every asset in LayereD Stories 0, from its character design, illustration, voiceover work and even the theme song are contributed entirely by teams of volunteers.

As far as gameplay go, players can participate in “scramble battle” in Story mode and Event Battle. If you opt to go competitive, you can participate in the Alterna Rank to show what other players what you are made of. However, if you just want to make new friends instead head over to the Cluster for cooperative gameplay.
