Your Sake nights just got three times classier with the new P-Bandai Hyaku Shiki Sake Cup from Z Gundam, made in collaboration with Takaoka Casting.
This cup, modeled in the likeness of Quattro Bajeena’s Hyaku Shiki, is empty on one side, acting as a sake cup for you and your friends to discuss the finer things in life, such as your distaste for the Zabis or the effectiveness of Sunglasses as a disguise to fool people.
While they’re only available in Japan, you can get them for 16,280 Yen (RM623) to class up your minibar. Considering you’re drinking from the hollowed out head of the Hyaku Shiki, it makes sense that there isn’t much in the way of detailing- people using it aren’t likely to see it.
The Hyaku Shiki Sake Cup will be available from 27th December from the P Bandai Website or any Gundam Cafe or Gundam Base in Japan, making it the perfect way to spend your new year- possibly while rewatching Z Gundam with your loved ones.
Bandai also released a short video showing the making of the Sake cup, showcasing how its cast, as well as covered in gold foil.
Z Gundam is the sequel the popular Mobile Suit Gundam, taking place several years after the events of its predecessor. It, in turn is followed up by ZZ Gundam, which then leads into Char’s Counterattack, closing off the story of Amuro Ray and Char Aznable.
