It was revealed on Twitter around a week ago. Square Enix’s Last Idea was then swiftly announced to be an upcoming new mobile game a few days ago. Fast-forward to today and we now have five new main characters that will be in this treasure-hunting mobile RPG.
Voiced by Manaka Iwami, Lucrecia is a young amnesiac girl who was saved by the protagonist from monsters at the Silent Castle ruins on an island. After the event, she has forgotten about everything except her name. Despite that, she stays positive. She then joined up with the protagonist.
“Will I be able to become a treasure hunter like you…?”
Next up is Sharon who is voiced by Aya Suzaki. As a traveller and treasure hunter, her purpose is to find high-value treasure. Actually the ones who do the hard work are Dorgos, who will be introduced in a while, and the protagonist. Sharon basically just gives out orders as she is good in handling finances. Nobody in the party dares to speak out against her since she is the one handling the finances.
“Ushishishi… I’ve found some treasure! Operation success~”
Here’s Dorgos who is voiced by Kento Fujinuma. Dorgos is a tough blacksmith with great pride. He is constantly the subject of banter when being around Sharon and La-Merza, who will be introduced in a while. His main dream is to recreate the Relic, an ancient item lost ages ago, with his own hands.
“Phew… I want to work a forge sometimes instead of just fending off monsters all the time, you know.”
Then comes La-Merza who is voiced by Ai Kakuma. She is the fortune-teller who guides the party. Her fortune-telling capabilities can even help detect the whereabouts of treasures. Unfortunately, she cannot predict the hardships that await the party en route to the treasures they seek.
“Oh, are you doubting my fortune-telling?”
Lastly, it is Lucrecia’s pet, Poron, who is voiced by Minami Takahashi. Poron is an Itachi Neko, a rare beast which is thought to have gone extinct 80 years ago. Mind you, it can speak in human language!
“Treasure hunters are thieves who delve into those ruins in search of taking the treasure within for themselves.”
