Kingston CNY 2023 Rabbit Year Media Kit Unboxing – Hopping Into The New Year

2022 is ending, and we’re bringing in some new year luck with the Kingston CNY 2023 Rabbit Year Media Kit! And what better way is there to usher in the year of the rabbit with some “Ong”.

The Kingston CNY 2023 Rabbit Year Media Kit is packed full of Chinese New Year themed goodies ranging from a Notebook, to New Year decorations, stickers, red envelopes and even a rabbit shaped pen drive. Let’s take a closer look at what the media kit has to offer:

Notebook

The Kingston notebook is packed neatly in a clean silver coloured cover that has has an abstract design of the iconic “Kingston is With You” motto. Opening up the cover, you’ll be greeted with a hard cover notebook that feels sturdy and also feels nice to touch.

Designed with a similar abstract style that the cover has, the notebook has splashes of vibrant colours that make up into various shapes. And just like the cover, the notebook also has the iconic “Kingston is With You” motto on the top left corner of the notebook.

As you open up the notebook, there is a card that has the dates of all Malaysian public holidays in 2023. Which is perfect as you can plan ahead your holiday trips with the calendar that is present in the Kingston notebook. The notebook contains both the calendars for the year 2023 as well as 2024 in a neat and minimalist design spanning across two pages.

The note taking section is separated into two different parts, the first half of the notebook having grids while the second half having blank pages. Whether you’re a fan of either one, the notebook got you covered.

Tucked inside the notebook are a bunch of really cute and colourful designed stickers from rainbows, to thumbs up and even various Kingston products. You can stick those on wherever your like, or even on the notebook itself and make it bright and vibrant!

Rabbit Themed Goodies

The Kingston Media Kit also offers various of bright red rabbit-themed CNY decorations as well as red packets to fully experience the Chinese New Year feel. One of the decor comes in the form of a Door Placard, where you can stick them onto the doors, walls or even the windows of your home.

You’re able to see two cute rabbits dressed up as a Tsai Shen Yeh or God of Wealth with a Kingston twist, where one of them are holding up gold ingots and the other holding up a scroll with a Chinese Idiom on it.

The rabbit holding the scroll makes a reappearance in another decoration, this time being a neat little desk ornament where you can place it on the corner of your desk in hopes for some of that new year luck.

No Chinese New Year is complete without some red packets. The Kingston red packets follows up with the rabbit-themed design with the same Chinese Idiom and the word “Kingston” in a luxurious gold design. Whereas at the back of the red packet, there’s the Kingston logo with the same luxurious gold design to wrap up the design with a premium feel.

Last but not least in the media kit is the 64 GB pen drive in the shape of Kingston’s rabbit mascot that we all grow in love with. The pen drive is originally packed in a little carrot juice bottle container, which I feel goes hand in hand with the rabbit.

The pen drive is tucked safely on the rabbits head, as you’re able to pull out the rabbit’s ear to reveal the golden coloured 64 GB pen drive. The pen drive also comes with a small chain where you can hook it up and bring around with you everywhere you go, making it an adorable good luck charm!
