The recently released movie for Kaguya Sama: Love Is War is getting a Malaysia release, letting local fans catch the film.
In a Tweet by Muse Asia, they said that that the Kaguya Sama movie would air in Malaysia on the 9th of February, though they didn’t name which cinemas would be holding the screenings.
Titled The First Kiss That Never Ends, the Kaguya Sama movie takes place directly after the events of the anime’s third season.
Named after the manga arc of the same name, it follows the aftermath of the Cultural Festival, with the student council president Miyuki Shirogane and vice president Kaguya Shinomiya having finally confessed their feelings to each other.
The movie aired in Japan in December of last year, to coincide with its own Christmas-centric plot.
Kaguya Sama: A Geniuses’ War of Love And Brains is a rom com following the student council of Shuuchin Academy, where the president and Vice President are engaged in an attempt to get the other to confess their feelings for each other.
Last year was a big year for the series- the third season contained the long-awaited Dual Confessions arc, the movie was announced while the manga also published its last chapter.
