Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade is an upcoming video game based on the Jujutsu Kaisen manga and anime series for iOS and Android devices. The game recently dropped a promotional video and has opened pre-registration.
The game is expected to release in Japan in 2022, with no specific release date in sight. There is also no word of an English version. Check out the 30-second promotional video for the game below:
As a game based on a popular anime IP, fans can expect to experience the events of the anime, featuring cutscenes voiced by the voice cast. The game will also let players relive moments from the anime through new perspectives featuring different characters.
The game is developed by Sumzap, the company behind KonoSuba: Fantastic Days and was first announced in June earlier this year. Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade is classified as an RPG according to its website. It’s extremely likely that the game will be a gacha RPG, considering its developer as well as the decently-sized cast of Jujutsu Kaisen characters.
Taking into account the popularity of Jujutsu Kaisen, an English version is also very plausible. Before that, however, the game is currently accepting pre-registrations by means of following the game’s official Twitter account. Check out the pre-registration rewards being offered:
