Yesterday, the animated opening and characters for the upcoming Jujutsu Kaisen mobile game, Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade have been revealed. The game’s opening movie features “Avant” by Eve and shows the various Jujutsu Sorcerers and Cursed Spirits from the series.
Check it out below:
Jujutsu Kaisen fans may notice a few unfamiliar faces in the opening itself. That’s because there will be original characters just for the game!
From left to right, the characters are:
- Saki Rindo (voiced by Rina Satou)
- Kaito Yuki (voiced by Koutaro Nishiyama)
- Kensuke Nagino (voiced by Rikiya Koyama)
These 3 characters are part of Fukuoka Prefectural Jujutsu High School, a new setting just for Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade. Saki and Kaito are first-year students there while Kensuke is the principal. As you may expect, the game will feature original scenarios never before seen in the series. These scenarios are produced by Hiroshi Seko who worked on the series composition and screenplay for the Jujutsu Kaisen anime.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade will release later this year in Japan. There is still no word of an English release.
