Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash has confirmed three more characters for the upcoming game, including fan-favorite character Nanami.
A new trailer shows three new playable characters coming to Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash: Kento Nanami, Mahito, as well as two-in-one character Eso and Kechizu.
For Nanami, it looks like the character will be more rushdown-focused, with plenty of close ranged moves.
The trailer also shows what appears to be just inputs- bonus effects for landing the hits with exact timing.
Similarly, he also features a special treat for fans- having a co-op attack if paired up with Satoru Gojo .
Meanwhile, Mahito looks like a more mid-range character, with multiple long-range moves for dealing damage from a safe distance.
He also appears to gain more damage the more successive hits he can chain as part of his Idle Transfiguration passive.
The trailer even shows off his Domain Expansion- Self-Embodiment of Perfection which further enhances his poke-heavy playstyle.
Finally, as for Eso and Kechizu, fighting game veterans might be familiar with the pseudo-puppet archetype: Eso can tag in Kechizu at the end of attacks to extend combos.
The characters have a mix of close and long-range options, so balancing between the two brothers will be key to getting the most out of them.
Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash will release for 1st February 2024 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One and 2nd February 2024 for Steam, with the game currently available for pre order.
Meanwhile, Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade is available now for mobile devices in Japan.
