INFINITY SOULS pre-registrations now open

INFINITY SOULS has begun accepting pre-registrations for its upcoming release in Japan. No milestone rewards were disclosed, or even a release window aside from “within 2022”, but that shouldn’t stop you from signing up anyway.

Unusually enough, the game’s official website has included a story blurb in English, which reads as follows:

2048 AD.
As network technology develops and progresses, a new form of crime has been born called “PSYber crimes”.
It is a dangerous assault on people that erodes and manipulates their minds and memories. And hidden in these shadows exists a Hollow.
Confront these PSYber crimes. Follow the leads. Rescue the victims. An organization was formed for that very purpose.
The “Communication Information Guardian” – C.I.G.
As C.I.G. Branch Commanders, your role is to prevent PSYber crimes and rescue victims from danger.
Commanders must recruit members, train the, and lead them in battle. This is the mission entrusted to you.

The rest of the website remains in Japanese, so I wouldn’t hope it to have an international release anytime soon.
