HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology Company Inc., and Allied Esports announced an exclusive naming rights partnership and multiyear agreement. As a result, Allied Esports’ global flagship property was renamed HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas.
Allied Esports is a premier esports entertainment company with a global network of esports properties and content production facilities. The company aims to connect players, streamers and fans via integrated arenas and mobile esports trucks around the world. Overall, these venues serve as esports battlegrounds and content production hubs.
The new deal expands on an already existing partnership between the two parties. Earlier this year, HyperX became the Official Peripheral and Arena Partner of the Las Vegas arena. Through this partnership, the company equipped gamers with their peripherals for esports tournaments, special events and daily play. The arena opened in March 2018 and became a global destination for the esports community. Furthermore, the venue played host to a number of popular esports events throughout the year.
As part of the new partnership, HyperX will be sponsoring events at the HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas. At the moment, they planned for a variety of social and marketing activities during CES 2019. CES 2019 takes place from 9th to 12th January 2019. More information on CES 2019 and other HyperX-sponsored events will be available closer to event dates.
