The market is seeing a clear shift in genre preferences. Puzzle games now lead with 48% of top revenue, while Arcade titles follow closely at 45%. This represents a major change from Q1 2023, when Arcade games dominated with 77% of top 10 revenue.

Market Leaders and Key Performers
Rollic’s Color Block Jam tops the revenue charts with $25 million in Q1, up dramatically from just $175,000 in Q4 2024. The game blends Block Puzzle mechanics with Parking Jam elements, featuring carefully designed difficulty progression and monetization.
Homa’s All in Hole has seen impressive growth, tripling its revenue since Q4 2024 to reach $17.7 million. This Eat & Grow title has transformed its subgenre by adding LiveOps features, cosmetics, and battle pass systems.
Voodoo’s Mob Control hit an all-time monthly revenue record in March 2025, while iKame Games’ Screwdom generated $3.6 million in Q1 and is on track to exceed that figure in April alone.

The top games represent five distinct subgenres:
