Honor of Kings has officially launched globally as of today. After years of waiting, players from around the world finally have a chance to play on official servers. It was originally published in China in 2015 and later went on to Brazil. The game can now be downloaded on the AppStore and Google Play Store for Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Latin America, North America and Europe.
To celebrate the official global launch, TiMi Studio Group and publisher Level Infinite released all 85 Heroes, including the newly added Hero, Sun Ce, which will be available for trial for free during the first month.
As mentioned in the title, Invitational Season 2 of Honor of Kings will be held in Malaysia at Sunway Velocity Mall, Kuala Lumpur. 13 teams from Southeast Asia, Brazil, Turkey, MENA, LATAM, and Western Europe will compete against each other to win a prize pool of $300,000. With 8 guaranteed slots in the Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason, these teams will make up the Esports World Cup qualifying teams. The tournament will be held from June 29, 2024 to July 7, 2024 so remember to mark your calendars to tune in to the stream. The Invitational Midseason Esports World Cup will feature the top 12 teams worldwide to battle it out for a total prize pool of $3,000,000. Watch the video below for a breakdown of the tournament.
