Honkai Star Rail and Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works Collaboration Announced for 2025

HoYoverse announced during their version 2.4 livestream on July 19, 2024, that Honkai Star Rail and Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works will have a collaboration scheduled to launch in 2025. The collab promises to merge the vast cosmic adventure of Honkai: Star Rail with the rich lore and beloved characters of the Fate/Stay Night universe.

David Jiang, producer of Honkai Star Rail, has previously mentioned being a long-time fan of Kinoko Nasu, the creator of the Fate universe. Jiang stated that Fate/Stay Night has had a profound influence on him since childhood. Observant players of Honkai Star Rail may have noticed numerous references to the Unlimited Blade Works anime within the game, making this crossover a logical step for both properties.

While official details about the collaboration remain limited, fans are eager for more information. Interestingly, on July 18, a day before the official announcement, a leaker on Chinese forums predicted the collaboration. The same leaker has made additional claims about the scope of the project, suggesting it will introduce a new planet, characters, skins, and Light Cones to Honkai Star Rail.
