Hololive Error, the second horror game themed around the iconic Vtubers finally has a release date, as well as a physical edition for fans.
In a tweet, the Hololive twitter account announced that Hololive Error would release on July 18th, along with details on a presumably physical version of the game.
The Complete Edition of the game features an acrylic group photo of all the Vtubers, as well as postcards featuring selfie-style illustrations of the characters.
Finally, the set also includes an artbook, covering the design process for the horror title.
It’s unclear which platforms exactly Hololive Error would be on, outside of the obvious PC release.
It’s safe to assume that the Complete Edition would probably be available in some capacity from the online store, though it’s unknown if the game will also be available on digital platforms like Steam.
The game has been long-teased by Cover Corporation, with multiple videos promoting the game, starting with a 3d video featuring the vtubers acting in a high school setting.
The teasers eventually also spread into a series of 2d animated series, with the final part having just premiered.
Each of these features its own setting, with its own horror twist adding to the mystery.
Hololive Error has also previously had a free demo, letting you explore the highschool featured in the first part of the videos.
