Hogwarts Legacy, the new open-world video game based on the Harry Potter franchise has been delayed to the 10th of February 2023.
It was revealed on the game’s official Twitter account. It should be noted that the new release date only applies to the Playstation, Xbox, and PC versions. The Switch version’s new release date will be revealed at a later date.

The Wizarding World’s latest title is an open-world game that will see the player take the role of a student at Hogwarts School of Wizardry in the 1800s, about 100 years before the events of the Harry Potter books.
Hogwarts Legacy was originally scheduled to release in the holidays of 2022 but has now been delayed to early next year. The last major update players were given on the game was five months ago at the PlayStation State of Play Showcase.
The game is being developed by Portkey Games and published by Warner Bros interactive. They have also confirmed that J.K. Rowling will not be involved in the creation of the game.
The Hogwarts Legacy will be available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC.
