Here’s All The Pokemon Currently In Pokemon Unite

We’ve compiled a list of all the Pokemon currently in Pokemon Unite, the elusive new MOBA featuring Pokemon characters. These are from the Canadian beta, whereby the APK of it was leaked to third party site TapTap.

As a beta Pokemon Unite has a pretty impressive roster of Pokemon, and it’s pretty clear that this isn’t meant to be all of them. During the first gameplay shown back in 2020, many more were shown that aren’t here, such as Clefable. We did also get to see some previously-unseen Pokemon, such as Cramorant.

Rather than have roles such as DPS or Tank, Pokemon Unite presents these more as specializations. These are like Speedster, for more mobility-based Pokemon, all-rounders for more balance and Support for Pokemon whose movesets well, support other characters. Characters are also split up into melee and ranged types, so you’ll want to pick the one whose playstyle best suits you.

Each Pokemon also has different attacks, which level up as your Pokemon progresses through the game. These are all built around the Pokemons playstyle, along with their Unite Moves which act as the game’s equivalent of Ults. They also have auto attacks, letting them blend into the MOBA style more.

It should be noted that not every generation has been represented in this roster, with Generation 2 (Johto) notably missing. While not a confirmation, it certainly leaves the door open for future units either at launch or in future updates.

Still, it’s nice to see that the game does incorporate more than just the usual familiar faces, having various B-tier Pokemon like Cramorant, Edelgoss and Mr. Mime. Even Crustle isn’t exactly the face of Black and White, so it’s cool to see these Pokemon that would have other appearances besides games like Pokemon GO.
