Heir of Light – A New Mobile RPG by Gamevil!

Heir of Light is an upcoming mobile RPG by Gamevil. The company is famous for many of its games and one of them is Kritika: The White Knights. Currently, Heir of Light is in its Close Beta phase and they have launched the Closed Beta Test via Google Play Store in Korea. The CBT will last from 6th of September till 15th of September. Join the CBT now if you don’t mind the Korean language!

The game is set in a gothic fantasy real just like Dragon Blaze except that the game is in 3D and the gameplay UI looks more like King’s Raid by Vespa. Like any other mobile RPG, you collect characters and build a unique team consisting of different classes from Tank, Support, Defender and an Assaulter. Each of these classes has their own unique abilities and usefulness depending on player’s needs. There is also a PvP mode to quench the battle hungry and gain bragging rights against other players.

While the game will definitely be released in Korea, there is no news on whether the game will have plans for a global launch. There are plenty of mobile RPGs like these in the market already but what makes this one special will be the perspective of how the game is played. Though the UI may be similar with King’s Raid, the characters however are free to move around and attacking monsters instead of walking in a linear direction which players can change the camera perspective to move in closer to their characters. A really cool feature to watch your characters battle closely.
