The game is dubbed as a thrilling outdoor multiplayer sports playground, and at last, the game finally received more news at Ubisoft Forward. We got the opportunity to get a preview prior to you guys seeing the Riders Republic Deep Dive trailer at the event, which you can watch again below. The most pertinent thing is that the game will launch 2 September. Better still, you could have the chance to participate in the game’s upcoming betas!
The Deep Dive gives you glimpses at all the sports you can participate in in this wide open playground, as well as the community hub in Riders Ridge. The low-down:

Now, Riders Republic has quite a few moving parts to it, as you would have seen. All this content you can play with other people, like how you’ll be able to bring in friends to play any Career event through Versus Mode. Through the common hub in Riders Ridge, it’s where you’ll set off with other players, check challenges, news and sponsor contracts, and the multiplayer modes.
Gaining stars – be it from playing regular content or simply discovering landmarks – will be one of your progression metrics, so that you’ll unlock even more content as you play more of the game.
MODES
TRICKS BATTLE
As briefly touched on, this multiplayer mode sees two teams of 6 facing off in arenas to outscore each other utilizing teamwork, strategy, tactics and of course, tricks. These arenas will have areas dubbed districts that you can capture for your team, which will provide huge score multipliers. Areas and modules get coloured blue or red depending on whether you’ve captured it or not.
PVP
Go up against other players in Free for All playlists featuring hand-picked career events, each themed to styles of play and thus will vary greatly. These playlists may feature trick-focused events, racing or air sports, and are described as a mode where you’ll be able to improve as you compete with others around the world.
There will also be Private PVP where you can invite your friends to play through career content. You’ll all be able to progress through your career tracks, gain stars, complete challenges and unlock gear.
MASS RACE
These bad boy events will happen every hour at different locations on the map. With up to 50+ players on next-gen consoles, simply make your way over to a pre-set location to sign up for the event. You’ll be challenged to multi-terrain tracks and multi-sport switches, so bring your A-game.
CAREER
Each sport will have their dedicated career progression paths, with sponsors and big events along the way. When you hit certain milestones after going through races, competitions and the like, you’ll get your chance to participate in events based off real outdoor sporting events as organized by brands. Find Burton, Santa Cruz, Rossignol, Canyon, Salomon, and Red Bull to be among the selection.
EXPLORATION
Take a break from all the high octane sports and simply explore with the lovingly rendered open world of these US National Parks and their corresponding landmarks. The devs do point out it’s not a precise recreation, as tweaks have been made to accommodate various purposes. You’ll have many opportunities to leave the tracks and look for the hidden stuff, accompanied by a trusty snowmobile or paramotor to get to those collectibles and relics.
