Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Is Coming To PS4 and Switch In June!

Harvest Moon, the cute farm boy or girl game that was first released for the SNES back in 1996 and then later on the PlayStation. With the successful series taking on the new generation of platforms, the latest from Natsume Inc, Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Special Edition will be launching for the PlayStation 4 and Switch on the 22nd June in Europe published by Rising Star Games.

The game was already released for PC on Steam back in November 2017. Though the game was supposedly released in May for North America and Europe, the date is now confirmed to be released on the 22nd June this year with a slight chance of delay.

Below is the description of the game:

Looking for a fresh start and some new surroundings, you set off on a voyage to begin your new life! Unfortunately, the weather has different plans, as your ship is hit by a monsoon, and goes down! You drift into a small harbor town, now in a shambles from the storm, where a young doctor named Jeanne saves your life. The town has essentially been deserted, but you’re never one to back down from a challenge! It will be up to you to help rebuild the town and save the lighthouse…but it won’t be easy! Nevertheless, with some hard work growing crops, tending livestock, and gathering materials for repairs, you will be able to make new friends, start a family, revive the lighthouse, and save the town, your new home!
