Though the game is currently still only set to release in Japan, you can pre register for Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans: Urdr Hunt on both the app store and the Google Play store, though no release date has been given as of yet.
The website does, however, mention that the game is still slated for a 2022 release while the official Twitter mentions that the special pre-registration period ends on November 4th.
Urdr Hunt has been a bit of an oddity in the Gundam franchise- announced a while back, very little has been seen of the actual game since most of its promotional videos have been animated cutscenes.
That being said, the game’s App Store page has plenty more information about the actual game: From the UI, it looks to be a turn-based RPG, similar to games like NieR: Reincarnation.
Players will build a party of mobile suits based on the Gundams from Iron-Blooded Orphans, with several new Gundams making their debut in the game.
However, it will also feature mobile suits from the previous series, such as the Astaroth Gundam and the Gundam Barbatos.
It looks like part of the game’s plot will revolve around Mobile Armors- both the screenshots and the PV show the protagonist fighting a new Mobile Armor, and the weapons are also an integral part of the anime’s worldbuilding.
Urdr Hunt is the second recent Gundam mobile game to feature 2d animated cutscenes, following Gundam UC Engage which released earlier
