Chances are that if you’re an avid player of Warcraft Rumble, you’d definitely come across the dungeon mode.
For those who may be wondering, the dungeon mode in Warcraft Rumble is essentially a survival mode where you have to complete 3 different maps one after another with your army, which is unlocked after beating Raene Wolfrunner and collect your 30th Sigil. Each week, dungeons are assigned a specific army family, and your leader of the deck is restricted to a leader from that given family.
For example, during Undead Week, you can only choose an army led by Baron Rivendare, Sylvannas Windrunner, or Bloodmage Thalnos. While you’re still able to select troops outside of the given family to include to your deck, we advise to stick with the units from the same family as there’s many of the boons in the dungeon that offer some family synergy.
Upon selecting your leader, you’ll get the opportunity to pick a unique relic before entering the initial fight. A new Relic can be chosen before each battle, which results in three active Relics for the final fight.
To successfully complete a dungeon, you need to win three consecutive fights without a single loss. Each boss that you clear will give you Arc Energy, which can be used to enhance your minis. Upon completing an entire dungeon run, you’ll be able to upgrade the leader you employed, awarding them an additional bonus XP slot. This slot provides bonus experience to your units if it matches with their unit type.
However, it’s worth noting that each dungeon run completed with a specific leader will increase the difficulty for the future runs with that same leader.
Gnomeregan Dungeon
Stage 1: Gnomeregan Crowd Pummeler 9-60
Stage 1 will have 2 lanes and both the far left and right lanes have the Gnomish Harm Prevention Belt, which is buff that a unit can pick up, making that unit be invincible for 10 seconds.
Crowd Pummeler 9-60 has two major moves that players need to look out for: one being a spin attack which would knock back minis in melee range, and another long range AoE attack that also knocks back minis. The spin attack would potentially knock your minis out of the map too, so look out for that.
Stage 2: Gnomeregan Electrocutioner 6000
Stage 2 will have 3 lanes, with both the left and right lanes having a tower with this blue fog surrounding the towers that will do chip damage to your units when they walk over the fog.
Two notable attacks from the Electrocutioner 6000 that players should keep in mind are: one long range linear attack that hits in a line like Sylvannas’ piercing shot, and the other being a laser that does continuous damage at a close range.
Stage 3: Gnomeregan Mekgineer Thermaplugg
Stage 3 has 2 lanes and there’s six points (three on each lane) where Amp Switches would spawn periodically. Destroying these Switches are essentially as it would summon a little bomb that will explode on the Boss, which is the only way to deal damage to Mekgineer Thermaplugg as he has a shield that will block out normal attacks.
