[Guide] Tower of God : New World – Tier List

With Tower of God : New World opening its global servers today, what better way to climb up the Tower than with some reliable characters; and for those who might be wondering which characters are worth getting, our tier list might help you make that decision.

Do note that a character’s placement on the list may differ in the future when more content becomes available.

S		Support	Yellow	Excellent Scout and support unit with his control and damage capabilities.
	Shibisu
		Support	Yellow	Another excellent support unit that can buff both ATK and DEF to their ally as well as dishing out impressive damage.
	Twenty-Fifth Bam
		Tank	Yellow	One of the best tanks in the game as he can shield allies with the lowest HP as well as providing health restoration and defense buffs.
	Rak Wraithraiser
		Warrior	Red	Very useful CC skills and being able to subdue the opponents with the highest ATK.
	Anaak Zahard
A		Mage	Purple	Unique mechanic that allows her to link with allies. Able to dish out tons of damage too.
	Rachel
		Assassin	Purple	Extremely durable Assassin that has access to invincibility and one revive per battle when taking fatal damage.
	Endorsi Zahard
		Support	Blue	Adept support unit with his valuable speed and defense debuffs that can cripple the enemies.
	Lero Ro
		Ranged	Yellow	Essentially has an ultimate that can guarantee critical hits on top of having access to a revive when dealt with a fatal blow once per battle.
	Wangnan Ja
		Assassin	Yellow	Has access to a taunt skill with synergises well with his passive that increases Critical Hit Rate based on HP lost.
	Cheonhwa Hong
		Warrior	Yellow	Can dish out tons of damage through his skills and has an innate buff to Critical Hit Rate and Swiftness at the start of the battle.
	Hatz
B		Support	Purple	Able to shield the lowest HP allies with her ultimate and also recover energy to the highest ATk ally whenever she uses a skill.
	Narae Seonwoo
		Support	Green	Has access to tons of heals and pairs the best with full green element squad thanks to her passive.
	Lozeal
		Ranged	Green	High damage output with an interesting mechanic that allows his to catch up the effects of his attacks.
	Mule Love
		Ranged	Yellow	Great at dishing out tons of damage to large groups of enemies.
	Gyetang
		Mage	Green	Has access to a silence and also potentially able to recover energy rapidly when asleep.
	Laure
		Tank	Green	Strong brawler skills that can dish out lots of damage and CC.
	Ha Yuri
		Tank	Blue	Durable tank unit with an abundance of buffs and ATK debuff to the enemy he's dealing with.
	Horyang Kang
		Ranged	Red	High single line damage output but needs to be immobile.
	Arkraptor
		Warrior	Purple	Strong brawler that let's him remove debuffs and status effects below a certain HP threshold.
	Prince
C		Mage	Red	Decent damage dealer and can potentially decrease enemy Magic Resistance provided he lands a Critical Hit.
	Hangsung Yu
		Warrior	Green	Good Ultimate that can give her Status Effect Immunity. Has DMG resistance from her skill but only for Ranged attacks.
	Miseng Yeo
		Assassin	Red	Decent DoT damage and can be immune to Stun and debuffs but only from his Ultimate.
	Michael
		Assassin	Blue	Decent damage output and has can be potentially pretty survivable with his passive.
	Quant
		Ranged	Blue	Okay damage output, but needs to get the kill on the enemies with his ultimate to gain swiftness buff.
	Khun Hatzling
		Warrior	Blue	Pretty beefy and decent damage output but his skills aren't special enough to justify using him over others.
	Kurdan
		Mage	Blue	His ultimate is a bit too inconsistent to maximise damage output.
	Quaetro
		Assassin	Green	Very speedy unit, but ultimately not as impressive as other assassins.
	Edin Dan
		Tank	Blue	Pretty good control but doesn't have enough mitigation skills to be a good tank unit.
	Blarode
D		Tank	Red	Doesn't have enough survivability skills to be a good tank.
	Amigocharz
		Ranged	Purple	Output damage is lackluster.
	Lurker Kim
		Tank	Purple	Outclassed by most tanks in the game.
	Ghost
