Revived Witch released globally earlier today, and we’ve compiled this tier list to help guide you on who to reroll for in the game.
Before we go into the tier list, we’ll first have a look at the reroll system of Revived Witch.
Should you reroll?
Whether you are free-to-play or pay-to-play, rerolling is highly recommended. Even if you don’t believe in tier list rankings and meta, you should reroll for your waifu. (why else are you playing Revived Witch?)
The 1st Limited Edition banner is basically the reroll system of Revived Witch. Once you’ve cleared the prologue, you’ll be able to access this banner. You can keep repeating 10 pulls in the game until your 100th 10 pull. At any time, once you are satisfied with your pull, there is an option to lock the result you want (you cannot select a previous 10 pull).
Note that you can only get 1 UR and 1 SSR in the same pull, with any number of SRs and Rs. You CANNOT get 2 or more URs or SSRs in the 1st Limited Edition banner. Thus, an ideal 10 pull would contain 1 UR and 1 SSR.
With that out of the way, let’s look at the reroll tier list:
S Tier
(UR) Afallen
Class: Guardian
Element: Mercury
Afallen is the undisputed queen of the Revived Witch reroll tier list. Easily one of the best characters in the game, and is top tier thanks to Mercury (blue) element having better characters overall (When your team is of the same element, all characters get buffed).
On top of her great offensive capabilities, Afallen has the busted ability to become immune to all damage for 2 seconds while redirecting damage from her teammates to herself. The very definition of a perfect tank, Afallen will take you far into the game.
(SSR) Ushpia
Class: Mage
Element: Mercury
Believe it or not, the strongest DPS in the game is not a UR—but an SSR. Ushpia has monstrous DPS thanks to her ability to poison enemies AND provide crowd control via her passive which can stun enemies. If you can get Ushpia and Afallen in the same pull, you are set.
A Tier
(UR) Tuonel
Class: Healer
Element: Saltstone
Tuonel is the best healer in the game. Together with her healing, she provides a welcome team ATK buff AND can generate Chaos Energy passively.
While she is easily a top tier character in any tier list, she is not as highly recommended for rerolling. This is because Cynetia, an SSR healer, can easily fulfill her role.
(UR) Caledonia
Class: Guardian
Element: Brimstone
Capable of dealing damage, healing, buffing and debuffing, Caledonia can seemingly do anything. The problem lies in the fact that she doesn’t synergise as well with other characters because of her 4-cost charge skill (especially Assassins). Couple that with a less than desirable element of Brimstone (red), and she’s not as recommended for rerolling compared to S tier Dolls.
(SSR) Mahayuel
Class: Mage
Element: Mercury
Mahayuel is easily a top tier DPS, up there together with Ushpia. Instead of poisoning enemies, Mahayuel can heal your team and debuff your enemies.
While Mahayuel can easily carry you through to the game, we feel that Ushpia is a superior character overall. Stunlocking is arguably more useful.
B Tier
(UR) Akasha
Class: Assassin
Element: Brimstone
Akasha is by no means a bad unit. She has a decent kit overall, but she is simply overshadowed by the other characters in the reroll tier list. She works well with Celanya, another UR character, but Celanya is not available for rerolling.
(SSR) Cynetia
Class: Healer
Element: Saltstone
Basically Tuonel, but a weaker version of her. She can still do a great job as a healer
While there are obviously more characters in the game, we’re focusing our tier list on these units as they’re more reroll-worthy.
As always, we at GamerBraves always believe that waifu > meta. Regardless of who you decide to reroll for, we wish you the best of luck in your rolls!
