- A Tier – Excellent batch of characters, only falling slightly behind the S-tier units, and can play well in most content.
- B Tier – Still worth the investment and can be pretty solid in certain teams or circumstances.
- C Tier – Situational. May not be worth the investment due to limited usage.
- D Tier – Very situational. Not recommended unless under a specific scenario.
S Tier | |
Pikachu ex Deck | Aggressive deck that can consistently deal 90 damage to opponent's active Pokémon. This deck plays aggressively to win within the first few turns. |
Mewtwo ex Deck | With a top-tier 150 HP and quick setup, Mewtwo ex performs with Psydrive which can One Hit KO most Pokemon in the format. |
A Tier | |
Starmie ex Deck | Aggressive deck that relies on Starmie ex's Hydro Splash and push 90 damage, enough to knock out basic Pokemon. Since Starmie ex has no retreat cost, you can switch it with one of your benched Pokemon to deny your opponent a point. |
Articuno ex Deck | Can sweep through unprepared teams with a successful Misty. Blizzard is a real damage dealer, pushing 80 damage and dealing 10 damage to all of the opponent's Benched Pokemon. |
Charizard ex Deck | Deck that relies on Moltres ex giving Charizard ex enough energy to use Crimson Storm to One Hit KO opponent's Pokemon. |
B Tier | |
Dragonite Deck | A control deck that holds out until Dragonite's Draco Meteor is ready to activate. Attacking with Draco Meteor. twice should be enough to win the game since the opponent's Bench will also be at risk of getting knocked out. |
Venasaur ex Deck | A very tanky deck that is difficult to KO for non-Fire Pokemon. Can heal itself while dealing damage with Giant Bloom. |
Marowak ex Deck | Marowak ex can deal potentially large damage based on two flips with Bonemerang and can tank some hits. |
Blastoise ex Deck | Blastoise ex is a slow strategy to set up, a Stage 2 Pokemon requiring 3 Energy to activate Hydro Bazooka but can sweep through teams if loaded with enough energy through Misty. |
